Returns

We accept returns on eligible items in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits with the hygiene seal removed or damaged cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

When removing your sleeve, always detach it by gently pulling from the stretch fabric where the snaps are attached, rather than the silk itself. This helps prevent unnecessary strain and preserves the beauty and integrity of the silk.

Storage

• Silk is a natural fibre and benefits from being stored in a breathable environment.
• Avoid storing in plastic bags or airtight containers for extended periods, as they can trap moisture and affect the fabric over time.
• Avoid overcrowding your wardrobe to minimise creasing and friction.

Heat

• Keep away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight, which may weaken fibres and contribute to colour fading.
• If ironing is required after dry cleaning, use the lowest silk setting with a pressing cloth, or allow your dry cleaner to press the garment.
