Navangi Returns Policy
At Navangi, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary.
Eligibility for Returns unless required by law:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- For items with a gusset sticker, it must remain attached and intact.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that all bodysuits be tried on over your undergarments. Items worn without undergarments or showing signs of wear will not qualify for a return or exchange.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@navangi.com.au. Once we receive your request, we will email you a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll carefully review the issue and work with you to find the most appropriate solution.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange for another item or size is to simply return the item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
