Order Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.
We offer a flat rate of $10 for regular shipping on domestic/Australian orders and express shipping at a flat rate of $15 and free express shipping if you spend over $400.
Your order is fully traceable within the Australia Post network, and we will send you a tracking number when we’ve dispatched your item.
We will always endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 business days if your item is in stock.
Please note: we don’t complete orders on weekends or public holidays- these orders will be dispatched the following business day. If you’re home, AusPost will collect a signature.
However if you’re not home, they’ll only leave the parcel in a safe place if you have requested this during the delivery process. Navangi does not take any responsibility for any lost, unattended or stolen packages.
