What is Navangi’s return policy?
At Navangi, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please make sure the item is in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us at info@navangi.com.au. Once we receive your request, we will email you a prepaid return label with instructions on how to return the item.
Can I exchange an item?
We recommend returning the item for a refund and then purchasing the new item separately. This is the quickest way to exchange for another size or product.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days from dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number. You can use this to track the progress of your order through the Australia Post network.
What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe place if you have requested this during the delivery process. If you’re home, they will collect a signature. Navangi is not responsible for lost, unattended, or stolen packages.
